Email template not work

if i received a message than i become a Mail Delivery System

Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

how can i solved this problem?

If the message is returned after being sent by your site the email address prob isnt an active one or your site is being blocked by some sort of spam blocker

if the email address that your system is being sent to is not a active one delete the account of the member as the email address is not a valid one .

or make sure your site email address is set up correctly in your cpanel/email accounts

i must activate the email adress from cpanel.
