Emails Not being sent

Hi Guys,

Not sure what's going on.  But when I run email tests from the admin panel, I don't receive confirmation message and nor do the emails come through.

 

Secondly, when I send emails or greetings from within the website internally (clicking on both), the messages and greetings appear in the account settings, but the emails don't come through.

 

I have checked the cron jobs, but there is no record of emails or greetings being sent. What do I need to do to fix this issue?

I've confirmed that the emails are working.  I'm just not getting confirmation emails in admin.....pity

"confirmation emails in admin"  .....  can you expand on that?

Exactly what it is you expect or want to happen?

I think he means a confirmation e-mail that an e-mail was sent..

If I'm correct, he thinks that when you send e-mails to members, a confirmation e-mail is sent to your admin e-mail address, kinda like when you get a confirmation for new member...

Yes Micky is right.  In my admin panel, I don't receive a message that says:

Confirmation has been sent.

You won't. That I'm aware of, you don't get an e-mail confirming you sent e-mails. If you have test profiles, send yourself one, if it goes threw, then you know its working and any other e-mails you send to members you know will go threw...
