i got this when i was trying to upload a picture using embed

I have a Flickr API key
I used a http://www.flickr.com/photos/39193323@N07/3606466418/
when i used this http://www.flickr.com/photos/chambershines/74663413/ i get
Photo "s/74663413" not found (invalid ID)
