Embed Option for Sounds

Is it possible to add an embed option in the sound upload section? I like to use the music files from 4shared.com site. For example, please visit this link: http://www.4shared.com/file/25886000/b8af3cdf/Axel_F_-_Crazy_Frog_Summer_Ele.html?s=1

There are many sites use the files from this site through embed option. Is that difficult to add sound embed option? Anybody can create a mod for this? Please think about this.
