Entered License Code, Still Have Ads

How does Boonex know what domain is attached to a license?

I installed Dolphin and got it up and running. I then got a License. I entered the license in Advanced Settings and saved.

I still have ads at the bottom of the footer.

And when I go to Account in Unity I see my license code but there is no domain attached to it.

How does Boonex know what domain is attached to a license? Am I doing things in the wrong order?

Try this:

Enter your admin panel> Advanced settings> Remove the field entry that contains the license number > Save the settings with the license field blank> Log Out of Admin Panel> Log back in to Admin Panel> it should come up with the red box asking for the license, enter the license and proceed.  If this does not work, there may be other issues at play.  good luck.

The license numbers are recorded with the domain the first time they are entered and updated between your site and the Boonex servers.  If you try to move the license to another domain it will not work unless you have received permission from Boonex to move it, then they will reassign it for you.

Now, when you enter your Ad-Free licenses, it can take up to 48 hours for the servers to update, though this is rare it does happen from time to time.  If it takes longer than that, then e-mail boonex and they will correct it for you.
