I'm getting an error message when I click the share button of users profile.  The message is:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /main/tellfriend.php on this server.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Why?

Does this have anything to do with setting permissions?  Maybe I need to set tellfriend.php to 777?

No. Should not be 777. Should be 664

You seem to be having a lot of problems. Indicates to me your host is not dolphin compatible.

Better go into admin->tools->host tools and see if any problems are reported.

You better also make sure your can get to all installed modules and view profiles without 404 errors.

Something is wacked with your site. You are having way to many problems.

The only error I get is in software requirements: 

disable_functions = dl - FAIL (must be = )

I guess disable functions is =(

dl is not needed by dolphin. So no problem there.

Who is your host?

 I use Host Gator which is in the list of compatible hosts.

Listed as a certified host means nothing. The longer you are here the more you will realize that. In fact, the best hosts for dolphin. Those that actually run and use dolphin themselves are not even listed.

Did you install dolphin yourself of use something like the softaculous auto installer(which BTW is known to malfunction quite often)

 I installed it myself.  I install all my scripts myself.  It usually comes down to a problem with a switch needing to be flipped on at my host.  I just need help figuring out which one.

Still no answer...
