I keep getting Error Processing File on record. Can someone please help!

error processing file on record, are you talking about the video comment?

most likely you have a bad file permission on your machine, so when it sends the video back its unable to complete the process. 

yes on comments, what should the permissions be and on which files?

Might also want to check and make sure your cron job is working. You can do that by uploading (no youtube embeds) a video from your computer and see if it processes.

yes, a can upload from my computer and process fine, but I can record on comments because I get the Error Processing File message.

I know I used to run into a issue with Video Comments and then found out that my host had to open up another port for it to work. But my error was 'Unable to connect' so not sure it has anything to do with you or not.
