Error - Uploading Photos to Profiles

When I upload a picture to my profile, I get the following error:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(/home/site/public_html/media/images/profile/25/1224874214.jpg) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/site/public_html/inc/images.inc.php on line 531

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/site/public_html/inc/images.inc.php:531) in /home/site/public_html/upload_media.php on line 248

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/site/public_html/inc/images.inc.php:531) in /home/site/public_html/inc/design.inc.php on line 694

Any suggestions on how to correct this?  I changed the permissions to '666' for the images.inc but still get error.

The folders were already set to what you specified.  :(  Any other suggestions??  I hate errors!!!

if it will be possible - please provide me with your FTP access information to support@boonex.com - and I will check your permissions.
