Error help what would cause this?

It's a problem with one of modzzz's modules, so you should be bugging him about it.

Yes, I'm saying that because I don't know the answer.  But it does look like an incomplete error message, so posting the error in full might help.

Nathon thank you that is helpful... of course I have already contacted him but just trying to learn at the same time...

turns out this was caused because there was no forum setup for the database addition of properties and this is something new is this caused because of the classes?
