Error message - Modules

When I click at (Tools=>Modules) At upside of the screen, shows 3 messages:

How can i fix it?

its pretty clear here what needs to be done on one aspect. ENABLE shell_exec() either have your host enable it or ask them to create a custom php.ini for you so you can use shell_exec on your site.

the other about the header, that would be needing to clear your cache and that should clear that up.

I just cleaned the cache and the message:

still apear... what can I do?
