Experiences with Dolphin programmers/developers

I started another topic about this but wasn't specific enough:  I want to pay someone to do some work on a Dolphin site but the people I get in touch with here on the Dolphin site are all too busy (Deano, Darren Powless, Gorpus), and when I look at Dolphin Developers' Websites they're mostly out-of-date.

Is there anyone that people have used and can recommend?  Seems like it should be easier to find a reliable, experienced developer and it's making me wonder how viable a platform Dolphin really is.

Thanks!

Posting a job in the Market where programmers check would be helpful.  Not all programmers check all the forum threads that get posted here every day, instead, they check the market where only a couple of job entries are submitted everyday, which in turn takes way less effort on their part plus get you noticed 10x easier.

Post your job/modification request in the Market!  You will even appear on the main frontpage of Unity for all to see in the Market spy block!  Maximum exposure!
