Extended search messed up after update

Click on extended search and you'll see what I mean, it looks as if it kicks tables over or something.

Anybody else notice this?  It only happens on the search page for people.

I can confirm, this issue is also appearing on BoonEx.us.

Edit: the issue is the height variable under div.searchrow_block in the file general.css. Removing the variable solves the problem.

Where is this search.css file.  I checked the templates/base/css and found a search.css but it doesn't have any height parameters.

Here is all that is in that file:
