External RSS feed doesnot work

Hi

I changed my domain to new one .. Hostforweb folks made configuration and Boonex developer also made necessary changes to point to new domain however issue is , i cannot open external RSS feed .

RSS feed was working before.. hosting provider has made some settings allow_url_fopen to make it ON. but no help..still cannot open external rss feeds
