FIeld Builder block question

In a drop down menu block I would like to have Please Select be the first thing the user sees.  But I don't want that to be an option for the user to select and save.  Does anyone have any ideas?

WOw I thought this was an easy question.  Someone had to have asked this or wanted this before? =)

Actually i have been here for years and i do not recall anyone asking for this.

Disabling an option in a drop down selector so it cannot be selected is not a feature built into the fields builder system. So it is currently not possible.

Deano...  Thanks for your response.  I am surprised no one has asked this, but yes I have been on here for a few years and I haven't seen it asked yet either.  Oh well.  I will just leave it the way it is.
