Facebook 1.0.2 problem in d 7.0.2

Here is my problem..

1. Created API in Facebook, the "Connect URL" in facebook is set to "http://www.armeniangates.com/site/".

2. copied api key and secret question to dolphin

3. When selecting "Facebook connect" on "http://armeniangates.com/site/" I am being directed to facebook to enter credentials

4. After I enter facebook credentials I am being continuously redirected between these 2 URLs:

http://www.facebook.com/login.php?v=1.0&api_key=3b3554a141f35f266124e74280f5b53e&next=http%3A%2F%2Farmeniangates.com%2Fsite%2Fmodules%2F%3Fr%3Dfacebook_connect%252Flogin_form%26auth_token%3D5243560a4191a50de520bf3300665a42%26auth_token%3D329c92ec362e4c4ce2d7809621b3f9b7

and

http://armeniangates.com/site/modules/?r=facebook_connect%2Flogin_form&auth_token=61d87ad21a90f2db9fdd614ea4ff11c9&auth_token=243873e9bba4c6de50cf47510c965c6d

It seems something wrong with redirect mechanism..

I would appreciate any advice..
