Facebook like and Google +

I like t oadd a facebook like button and google + button like here on boonex at the top of thelayout

but I want my to be at the top of the top menus on my site

This is the code I'm using but is not working for me

I try to change the right  # to right:510px; but when some one click the buttons nothing happen the page reload

Can some one help me on this

Please - any suggestion

 I too had issue with Google+ on my site and it turns out the Code was being stripped by Dolphin !

Jay helped and added it manually into database and it now works great ;)
