Fatal Error Installing Upgrade 7.3.1 to 7.3.2

Please help, site stopped working after installing upgrade files from 7.3.1 to 7.3.2.

I tried to access http://www.igbeyawodating.com/upgrade/ when this error occurred.

ERROR IS:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getRow() on null in /home/dating/public_html/inc/utils.inc.php on line 452

My guess is you have a 3rd party module or core code that was changed when you over wrote the files.

Thanks all. I had to re-install all of 7.3.2. Good to know there is help when I need it.
