Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608

When I add some Modules like Photo, I get the "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608.....". I had also managed to fix the same error when I logged into the Admin Panel by increasing the max. memory in .htaccess. But increasing it up to 256MB is not resolving these random errors. Anyone had a permanent solution, or insight on this. I really appreciate it.

Boonex developers advize to set 128 in php.ini for D7 
I thougt thiss was solved in version RC3 already. I personally have no errors on this.
