Fatal error: Cannot apply localization.

After I installed dolphin, I get this error:

Fatal error: Cannot apply localization.

installing where on your home machine or hosting more info plz :))

On my webhost ...

The website address is www.justhi.net .

in folder inc/ header.inc.php delete that file
re-upload the installation folder run the install script again make sure you have set the correct folders/files permissions

This issue can occur when for some reason, the language file isn't properly copied over after installation. Re-upload this file to the proper directory and see if that works.

I can't find any file in langs folder .

I even downloaded the dolphin 7 archive again and there's nothing there .

What should I do  ?

It's in your installation folder under /langs.
