Fatal error when accessing admin

I have paid for a template threw MASRTERTHEME.Inc www.mastertheme.com and there templates come with install, I have purchased 3 templates and all three are getting this same error..

I know its not my server since i have 4 other D6 and D7 running and there just fine.

I have given them 3 try to fix this error they have un installed and reloaded and get the same error I was hopping somone might be able to help fix the problem before I fight to get money back.

This is teh error it happens when I go to http://www.xxxxxxxxx.com/administration/ and then enter my user name and password then after hotting eneter this error appears.

The site is not go to me if I can even edit the dang thing

Upload a new copy of the index.php file from ./administration/ to your web server, overwriting the original.

Try (in phpMyAdmin) navigating to your database, sys_options, and edit the template entry. Change the value field to uni and save your changes. Once done, empty the ./cache/ and ./cache_public/ directories, leaving the .htaccess file in the former directory intact.
