Fields Builder

Hi everyone

I need to add some fields to a dolphin site that have  a setup similar to this:

Subject 1

______sub topic 1

______sub topic 2

______sub topic 3

Subject 2

______sub topic 1

______sub topic 2

______sub topic 3

__________sub, sub topic 1

__________sub, sub topic 2

Subject 3

______sub topic 1

______sub topic 2

______sub topic 3

______________ the lines purpose is to demonstrate the idea, I had just put spaces but Orca has stripped the formatting when submitting post

Etc...  Hope that makes sense?  Anyone have any idea how I can achieve this as part of the join form for instance?

Thanks to all those that chime in on this.

jeff

you mention fields builder, are you trying to create a menu button with multiple levels?

DosDawg

Thanks for chiming in on this.  No, I am not trying to create a menu.  What I need is multiple levels of choices with check boxes, for example choose a top category, then choose a secondary or other category.  Difficult to explain, this file would explain it better: http://thebestofonline.com/jeff/query/creativemindslgbt.org_conditionslist.txt

If you need any further explanation let me know, hopefully this helps you guys all help me.

Thanks.

Edit: Should have mentioned that it applies to this section:  >>Admin Panel>>Builders>>ProfileFields>>Join Form

I think this is what you want:

houstonlively yes I think that module would solve the problem perfectly but I was hoping there might be another way without having to purchase the mod.  The guys I am doing this site for are a new start up charity and they don't have the money (nor do I for that matter) to get the Mod at this stage.

Thanks for the suggestion though.

Another way without purchasing that mod?  I can't imagine what that way would be.

Crazy can be a good thing, most creative people have a little bit of crazy in them, actually we all have a bit of crazy in there...  I know I do..
