basically you can't, not in the System Fileds and not using Admin Panel.

Can you specify exactly what you want?

for example

Using Admin Panel -> Builders -> Profile Fields, you can add whatever new field you want by dragging the box "New Block" from Inactive Blocks to Active Blocks, under General Info or Misc Info. You would have to create this box for Join, View, Edit and Search Profiles.

If you want the new field to show up undes system info, that is a different story, because you would have to do this directly in PHP, in the correct file...
