Fields that have correspondence to each

Hello, I need that the fields city state and zip code have correspondence to each

for example that the user don´t put a state that doesn´t correspond to city and zip code

please help me with this

not easily achieved, and would require customization. 

there are a few problems with this approach, since just the size of the database for this type of verification would overwhelmingly large.

you would never a database with every city and zipcode, then the source would have to be such that it would do an if then else on the field entry against the database, and this is only for US Cities and States. 

so yeah, you may need to post this in the jobs section here or on ODesk.
