File Error Video Upload

Ive already browse the forum discussion but i got different output with our email. Actually ive already tested Dolphin 6.1.1 and i got no problem in cron issues and after shifting in Dolphin 7 i got a lot of issues encountered and fortunately most of them are resolve except cron issues. On the 6 STep of Installation of D7 i got this cron:

MAILTO=myemail
* * * * * cd /home3/philtube/public_html/jp/periodic; /usr/local/bin/php -q cron.php

i have copy it on my CPanel and the cron start spamming with my email with the message:

Subject: Cron <philtube@box588> cd /home3/philtube/public_html/jp/periodic; /usr/local/bin/php

I just amaze why they say that allow_url_include is On cauze after checking php.ini and .htaccess its already off.

anyway im using bluehost server. Thanks and more power and i hope that i can resolve this problem ASAP. Thanks.

I had a similar issue. My server was running suphp.exe. I had to get my host to update my .htacces (root) file.

That cured it.
