First Captcha Not Working - Works After Refresh Though

I'm on D 7.0.9 and I'm having a weird issue with captcha.

If a person tries to join the first captcha image shown will fail everytime. If it is refreshed it works just fine.

Anyone see this before? I didn't see anything in my search here, but I seem to be gawd awful at finding the answers I need via Boonex search these days. (wasn't always this way)

Hi, i have a similar problem. Also after a refresh, it fail. So nobody can register to my site!

I am having the same issue. I have to reload the captcha to get a new one then it works.

Most visitors don't understand this.

Could this be a server cache problem? Only after i clear my browser cache i get a new one. Same problem exists for password retrieve form. Can i force to create a new captcha on form view?

I run 7.08 and have the same problem on Join.

after refresh it works. it's not a cache thing.

I run custom template, so maybe that's the issue...

Hope that some knows how to solve it.
