First complete the whole profile

Is it possible to set that member first needs to fill whole his profile? Maybe first complete the whole profile, and than activate?  So that when we approve an account, the accuont is completed. 

Now we need to approve member before then profile info is filled in on the next page

Is there a way to fix this?

You can make all profile fields mandatory when joining, but it's not recommended to do this unless the information is important.
