Flash Apps Suffer Eternal Spinning Circle

Issue: None of the flash apps will load (sound, chat, etc.)

Actions Taken (based on other topics posted):

- Verified permissions (though I did find different advice on the proper settings)

- Verified ownership

- Uninstalled/reinstalled via Admin

- Manually deleted and re-uploaded Flash/Modules directory

- Cleaned cache multiple times

- I using DolphinInstalls for RMS, but I have it turned off for now to make sure that is not the conflict. They reset the ports for me, but that did not work.

I am at a loss...any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

That rms HAS to be on, and the next 3 settings may be inaccurate. Check with host and be positive they are correct. That will probably be your fix.

Thanks for the reply. I reenabled RMS, confirmed the settings with DolphinInstalls but still no joy ;-( Any other ideas? Thanks again...

The proper chmod for your file folders is very nicely explained in the dolphin documentation.

I would run through them again... You can confrim most of them by looking at your config in admin/tools/host tools page.

SkyForum - it looks like option 2 of the trouble shooter did the trick. I am confused as to why it worked and then stopped without any changes on my part....weird. Thanks again for your help!!!
