Flash Apps access denied to site administrator, how is that possible?

Hi,

I cannot access my flash app module in the administration panel. I think this is only unique to my computer because someone was able to access it from another computer. DOes anyone have clue how I could overcome that? It does not appear to be related to the browser cache, and it occurs with all 3 browsers (IE, chrome, firefox).

I must also say that this happens only with one of my sites (dolphin V7.07). I can chat and operate flash app with my other sites on the same computer--very strange!
