Flash Obect issue... ?!

I have a flash object / banner, and the delay for changing various images is set to 5 secs...

I have noticed that if the page is left untouched for a moment the flash object seems to slow and does not maintain the 5 sec delay period!

Any ideas why or how I can keep it running smooth at all times ??

or is there a code I can add that will make a auto page refresh  ??
