My apologies if this has been posted before but several searches showed no sign of it.
When I use IE9 to access Dolphin the Flash uploader opens without a "select file" button. I spent a couple of hours looking at the page output differences between IE9 and Firefox and find the entire script to insert and use the "select file" button is missing.
In an attempt to be thorough I went to the Demo page and logged in, the same problem occurs there.
I highly doubt I am the first to notice this and would like to find a way to repair it but lack the knowledge.
Any thoughts would be appreciated or opening a ticket to resolve it.
