A lot of my Forms such as video, and sound are pink. Where do I find the CSS files to change these. It looks horrible against my current template. Unreadable and completely unexeptable.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

one word FireBug |
I use firebug and it's only giving me the Cache information for the particular form that Im looking at. When it goes into the code it only gives me the code not the location of the PHP file to edit. Unless I'm missing something. |
try the modules/boonex/videos/templates/base/css/ folder and dig around in some of those files.

you need to turn off your cache settings in admin; Advance Settings>Templates ManOfTeal.COM a Proud UNA site, six years running strong! |
Prolaznik see thats one of the biggest problems with this forum. Is people ask for help and you get advice like use Firebug. Stating the obvious isn't helpful. If you asked me how to find something on google and my answer was use the internet. That wouldn't be helpful would it. I'm not here trying to waste my time. I'm here trying to get a hand with a problem that I'm not familiar with. Not to be given useless information. At some point in time I'm sure you have had to ask a question or two. I wasn't asking for help from someone that want's to give me redundant information that the forums have posted everywhere. I was asking a question so I can get new information that can help me get through a problem. So maybe at some point in time I would be able to pass on to others. Use Firebug is useless information. Thank you to the rest that pitched in and gave me useful information. I have the problem resolved now thanks to the "useful" information received. |
Although I have been anoyyed by smart ass remarks like this before, he is correct. But if you are talking about the background to the players, the color is adjusted in modules>flash apps>video player (or music)>settings and the color can be set there. Also, many changes can be made in settings>css styles> then pick what you want to edit. It sounds like you are not using firebug to its fullest potential. Click the little blue square looking thing to the right of the roach after you pop up the dash. Then hover over and click what css (on your site) you want. At THAT point, you will have the files and inherited files to see on the far right. Hover your mouse over the file name (example: layout.css (line 4)) and after a second, the file location will be displayed and the line number to change your whatevers. PM me, if you ever need some help. This sentance says nothing, and its possibly spellt wrong. |
Barrydeez thanks for the post. Below I have attached an image to what I am seeing. And I'm not getting any information about the css location. Could you let me know if there is anything else I should be doing here? Yes I'm kind of a newb but have a good sense of what I'm doing.
