Forum Issue: New Topic Not Working

I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction here. Everything about the forum seems be working just fine (managing, editing. adding groups, etc.) BUT when I click the New Topic link.. Nothing happens..

I have uninstalled/reinstalled/replaced files... nothing.. any ideas?

Try to check for JS errors, it could give some clues.

Nevermind.. I just tried it on my MAC and its working.. So it must just be my PC. ... REBOOT

Its still not working after reboot. Here is what I am seeing in the error console:

Error: ReferenceError: tinyMCE is not defined

BTW, Have I expressed how much I hate this error?

have you made any recent changes?  i had this error once but i was modifying the tinymce plugin to remove some buttons

Yes I have but... I cannot blame the module I have installed since I have never tried to post a new forum topic until now. 

The weird thing is, I CAN post a new topic using my MAC (FireFox ver 13.0.1). but not on my PC using version 14.01 or IE version 9 (9.0.5112.16421).

Not sure whats going on.

sounds like a browser issue, maybe someone else can verify it.

just gave it a try on your site and it loads the fishyMCE just fine

So I guess Its something blocking it on my computer then. My MAC is just fine though. Strange.

Any common browser addons/extensions that are in both IE and FF? Things such as toolbars/google/antivirus ect.

I would start by disabling addons. Even security software such as antivirus or anti malware may be preventing script from properly loading.

I am just grasping at straws here.

does the editor load in other places ?...

Just on my MAC. On my windows PC, the only thing I cannot get to work is posting a "New Topic" i the forum. The rest works just fine.

Did you tried clearing your browser cache?
