Forum Modual - Can't edit

I think this is a cron error and would like to find out what kind of cron I should be using. I am having problems with my video's not showing as well except for embeded.  That is what makes me think it is a cron problem. This is what I am using for a cron.

/usr/bid/php/ -c /home/dirname/public_html/php.ini -q /home/dirname/public_html/periodic/cron.php

What is happening is that when I go to moduals/Orca Forum and click on it I just go to the forum page. Since I have never used this before I can only assume this is not right. Shouldn't I be going to a configuration or editing page? Hear is a pick of the forum page that comes up. Any help would be appreciated.

What you see on the picture is the right way. 
There you will see the compile language link
and you see the manage forum. here you can setup the forum groups en the forums.

Thanks so much for the help. I can't believe I didn't see that. Would like to know how I can get rid of the [] and L . I know I have seen a post on this before but I cant find it. Can someone give me a link on what I can do to edit this and make it look better. Not only the [] and L but where the images are so I can change the images for the folders to my own images?
