Forum Never Loads and Displays

As you can see here, the forum never loads, and seems to generate the error below.

By deleting the contents of the /cache_public/ directory - and using Firefox, I was able to create a single forum post - which seems to have resolved the issue for all browsers except internet explorer.

Which - is good enough for me - we strongly advocate the use of non-IE browsers.
