Forum compile error message

Fatal error: Class 'Installer' not found in /public_html/inc/classes/BxDolInstallerUi.php on line 380

This was error message which I got when I treyd to compile orca forum module

is this a purchased template that you are stuggling with? seems to me that you have some issues with the template, not with the compiler. if the langs are getting compiled on the UNI template then everything is in order. so it could be that your custom template is missing required parameters, which looks to me like could be the problem because i have not seen this specific error as being a part of the lang compile for the orca lang keys.

if this is a paid template, contact the author, if not, then maybe you can pay deano to fix it, because you have some serious issues.

Of course I am ready to pay for someone who really can help me. Better to pay bit and fix problem than spend hours to find something and get everything even worst!

Problem is that I haven't met guy here who can communicate enough quick or give good support than I hope.

Time is money. Alltime I have tryed to take contact to template mader I get only one message / day from him and always same "message" >.<!

Anyway.... I am working at the moment in Admin panel when I get this issue:

ADMIN PANEL -> TOOLS -> MODULES -> ORCA FORUM -> RECOMPILE ->

Fatal error: Class 'Installer' not found in public_html/inc/classes/BxDolInstallerUi.php on line 380

So now it cant be because of custom template because Admin panel is not connected to custom template, right?

Like you, I am a novice with this software and although many of the older members are more than ready to offer no help, I have learned to google to find the answers I need.  What I know is that when you load up a new template it includes the template for the forum as well and must be added to the right folder in the forum layout table.  Then you need to go to your manage forum section and click [[Recompile EN}]] or something similar.  I will be posting how to video's on youtube soon so people like you and I will be able to find the help we need while seeing it done and learning at our pace and not the more advanced boonex members who forget that once upon a time they too had to learn.  Hope that helps a bit and goodluck.  Send me a PM and I'll try to explain better or even make a video on how to for you and guess what?  It will be free and come with a smile.   Have a great day and remember, not everyone who is experienced is rude on here and there are a ton of good people including DosDawg.  x
