Forum is inaccessible

the forum is inaccessible while all works on the site, I hope this message when I go to the forum, the latest news item are on the home page, but not having one as the other

That should because the requirements are not met. Check whether you have XSLT enabled. If not ask your hosting provider.

There could be other reasons.

1) Cache damage. Try clearing the cache.

2) Did you make any modifications to the forum prior to this happening? If so, reverse those changes and clear the cache.

3) Last forum post made may contained something that the forum does not like. Look in the database using phpMyAdmin in the table bx_forum_post and look at the post_text for the last entry. The one with the highest ID. And see if the text contains any unusual code. If if does, edit it and remove the unusual text leaving only normal text. Then clear the cache.

still no change, i had installed some time ago, then uninstalled again
