Forum page error

I noticed an error. The Forum page is not displaying when logged in. Forum Home and Forum Index are having this problem.

When creating a new Navigation button, all the sub-buttons had moved to under the next main button. When this was noticed, the sub-buttons till the Groups were brought back into their previous location.

I do not know if this had created the issue. However, all the pages which I checked are seen to be working correctly.

I am attaching the images of the pages, with error on login and no error without login.

Could anyone guide me out of this quandary?

I changed reinstalled and then when the error crept in again, changed the hosting. Everything was great, but then suddenly the Forum pages started going into error again. Not only the Main

Forum page is going into error after working correctly for some days. Not only the main Forum menu, but also the Forum page inside the Group.

Could anyone give a hint of what is triggering this error after a few days of working correctly?

What version of Dolphin are you using? and if you goto (Tools) then (Hosting Tools) are all your requirements saying ok or do you have any fails?

I am using Dolphin 7.2.0 and the hosting is a Dolphin optimised one.

The host tool shows everything to be okay.

I checked this:

  • forums
Please follow this link to check if forum is functioning properly. If it is working but '[L[' signs are displayed everywhere, then you need to compile language file (you maybe be need to compile language file separately for every language and template you have).

However, the first link only sent me to an error page displaying in Red band: Sorry, something went wrong and the site is unavailable now, please try again later.

I had cleared the Cache in the Dolphin folder, in the webserver.

Another thing is the in the Template folder, in base folder, I had edited the footer.html to add Statcounter and freeonlineusers. However, even after this, for so many days, there was no problem.

I need to mention that the above issue that had literally plagued my mind for so many days has been solved by the Hosting providers. I am sure it took them a lot of their valued time.

This is the message I received from the Recommended Dolphin Hosting service provider.

The issue which you have experienced occurred because of the following code:

http://www.freeonlineusers.com" target="_blank">

 VistorsOnline

which was present in the "_footer.html" file of your template. I have removed the above code from the mentioned file and now you should be able to access the forum section of your website without any issues. END OF QUOTE:

Hosting provider: tmdhosting.com

That was a great help indeed, which went right beyond what they service responsibility.
