Forum will not display

On IE8 it says:

The XML page cannot be displayed

Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Namespace 'http://exslt.org/common' does not contain any functions.

On Firefox its just pure html.

weird it works on my site tested i.e 8,- ff - opera
