My Dolphin version is 7.0.6. When accessing forums, on top of the page it writes:

What may be the problem and how do I get rid of it (not just disabling error messages, if it's in fact an error, but troubleshooting the thing, if there's anything to troubleshoot, lol)?
Postscriptum: this started to show only recently, it wasn't displaying since the Dolphin's installation...
