Forums still don't work!

I still cant get my forum to work.  Whenever I install it shows like:

I click the [L[Compile Lan:]]en and nothing happens.

I recompile lang from the language settings nothing happens

I am using the original D7 template so that shouldn't make a difference.

What should I do?
