Did he file the complaint, or did paypal start an investagation on their own.

It happened to me with the same buyer. But paypal put a hold on all his transactions. After contacting him he resolved the issue and paypal released the hold today.

You might want to check again.

I got the same mail, but the funds were actually put into my account where it should be.
