Fresh D7 Shoutbox problem

Guys, only visitors messages was allowed to display in my shoutbox but a login members cannot, any help? my site http://kasikas.com

it's working now, what i did was enabling in membership level section :)

Yup. We have also a Shoutbox problem.

After browser refresh all shoutbox messages desappear. The settings are 24 hours and 50 messages to show and keep.

What could it beeeeee.... ?

The shoutbox clear when the navigator is close...

What do we all do? Nobody has a solution...
