Front Page "Options"

I am building my daughter and her friends a social site to post pics and chat, really simple. However, on the frontpage/homepage there is an options block for is basically for a dating site. You know the " Male looking for Female" I have been looking all over to make it in active yet I can't find it. Is there a search options somewhere to find it in the Admin panel? Or maybe someone can tell me how to remove it?

Dol.6.1.x - Builders/Pages Builder => Homepage

Move block Quick Search from Active Blocks and drop it below Inactive Block. (Quick Search block will disappear from frontpage)

here can you adjust what you want to have in your search criteria by taking away/add item
