Get a link to a members profile in a string?

I would like to add a link to the new users profile in the _ibdw_evowall_welcome_message language string. I am not sure how to craft the link so it contains the username. Putting {memberNick} doesn't seem to do the trick.

use {NickName} instead of {memberNick}.

Actually I been wanting to ask about using the {NickName}. Which file to I need to edit so that the members nickname appears beside their icon before the word Profile at the top right of the pages?
