I take it that you are using Dolphin 6.1, because since Dolphin 7, this feature has been removed and replaced by an availability function.

Want it gone? Alright, disable the IM feature from the Ray panel.

I said to disable the application from the Flash administration panel (AKA, Ray Base), not to delete any files/directories from the actual server. Re-upload your Flash application directory.
