Google Chrome

Is there a workaround other than SWITCH BROWSERS for problems with Dolphin and Google Chrome that I couldn't find?

I've seen forum posts about everything from login to other features not working but have not found any solutions.

When I use my Google Chrome browser, most of my pages load fine but save, send, reply buttons don't consistently work (saving your own membership profile edit seems to work fine but some changes - like Membership Level - in the Admin don't work).  For instance, I can't reply to mail in Google Chrome from my Boonex Unity account but have to go over to Firefox to do so and I could not manually upgrade membership levels on my members in Chrome but had to do so in Firefox (which is amazing as that browser usually has more problems for me, thus my switch to using Chrome).

If there's a browser compatibility problem, what is the workaround as I don't want to force users to use certain browsers only as most people just avoid new resources that aren't compatible with their current system.

I've seen that others on the forum also have the problem of not being able to manually upgrade membership levels so I wonder how many of those are browser problems like what I discovered on my system and how many might be other problems.  I cleared my cache and it did not help and my Flash and Java are updated just in case as well but the beastie still has problems.

Thanks.

I've noticed that I can't reply to messages sometimes here also, but haven't paid attention to what browser I was using.  I use Chrome and FF about equally.

I had issues with chrome in the previous version of boonex, I couldn't login. Now no issues at all, everything works fine.

I change to FF when I edit something in admin, it's sure not a solution. At the front end for users everything works fine though.

For Opera what I use alreday for years now, I could not save things in admin section.
But now this is working in Final to.

But if something gives a error, then I use alway's Firefox for sure..

I have bugginess in Boonex, esp. with Chrome although I just had some weirdness trying to buy a bunch of stuff from my cart in Boonex - the swreg links only worked in my firefox (and one of those crashed after taking my money but before I could get product) and the direct paypal links only worked in chrome (they hung up forever in firefox).  I was half fearful I'd be looking in my paypal to find I'd been charged multiple times due to all the retries.  Eventually got my orders through and most of my product, although one vendor contacted me immediately to let me know he got my money and whether I wanted him to send product manually (yes) so I am working under the assumption that's gonna be on the way as soon as our emails cross.

I haven't tested my installation's stores yet (just getting to it) but really hope that end users don't get hit with browser weirdness as that would be a BAD THING, and expensive.

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
