Google Maps api v3 = error

7.0.9

I have created multiple Google Maps API v3 keys and tried to place in the Maps Module Config. but I always get this error.

"Google has disabled use of the maps API for this application. The provided
key is not a valid Google API Key, or it is not authorized for the Google
Maps Javascript API v2 on this site..."

I am creating v3 keys not v2 as you can see in it image attached.... why is this happening?

Ok so I found that we dont even have to put a key in any more (uuhhh maybe remove the input fields? )... how about this: World Maps is  geocoding on city even though I have input zip. There are several cities in the USA with the same name. How can I make it geocode by zip?

Thanks

Hi , Did you found answer to your last question ?

Also, google is no longer generation API keys...

https://developers.google.com/maps/signup

"The API keys generated by this page are no longer available"

I just installed a new 7.0.9, how can I configure it to work ?

This is a really nice thing, I hope someone can solve the mystery of geolocalizzazioneIl following is a link that explains what I mean

http://www.codediesel.com/demos/geolocation/ ~ ~ V

These two links are quite clear

Did you run the "update profiles" and "update cities?"

The zip code is still used for geocoding, you just don't need the API key.
