Greetings privacy

I was on a dolphin site and saw the option for greetings privacy... is this a mod of some sort? If so where can i find it ?

By default privacy was integrated with profile page and its blocks only. Send Greeting feature integrated with default Dolphin's membership levels.

P.S. Unfortunately I didn't see the mod which integrates greetings with privacy.

someone must know of this mod.. i have seen it on another dolphin site... so either they coded it themselves... or theres a mod floating around here somewhere.
