Group Invites

Group Invites... you get them in an email.. but when you go onto the site.. Where are they? I'm looking around and I don't see anything for this..

i would also like to know this or is there a php code I can add to block to inform members ????

Could you clarify what you mean?   Are you saying you can't find the link to send the invites, or when you follow the invite link it doesn't go anywhere?   I recently learned, to my great disgust, that the Dolphin "invite" function doesn't work.  Most companies don't deploy functions that don't work, but that is not what happens here.

is a location within the site a user can see they have been invited to join groups ??

Users do reveive emails (away from site) when invited however is there a code or block that can be used to notify site users they have invites for groups within the site for example a message that will show "you have group invites" in the account page !!??

When your group is private, invited members only ..

You can invite a member by email, they will receive a link .. and they are able to see the group if they click on the provided link. But there is no notification on the site. But this is not hard to program, i will check for this later on. Or you could do it yourself, start here and check the database for the correct information you need to pull.

Anyway, another thing .. if a member is invited, and than later on .. kicked out of the group, they are still able to come back to the group. Also, when the group is private .. even invited members will not see the group (if they joined) in my groups .. they have to go to recent groups, to see the group .. the structure is a bit fuzzy.
