Groups Joined Array

Hello,

I know there are services available in the Groups module like serviceProfileBlock, to display a block of all the groups a user has joined, however, is there any way to get a raw array of group IDs that a user has joined?

On the account page for my members I have two blocks, one is groups they have joined and the other is groups they have created.  Hopefully Boonex has not screwed with the groups as they have with other things.

 Right, I see the blocks, but do you know if is there any way I can simply access the raw array of IDs of the groups displayed in these blocks, to use for other purposes.
